A car crashed into a Huntington Station restaurant Wednesday afternoon, according to Huntington Community First Aid Squad officials.

The Squad responded to the scene at West Hills Road and West 19th Street at around 1:59 p.m. and found the 2004 Toyota sedan lodged in the corner of Three Stars Restaurant.

The 43-year-old female driver of the sedan was driving southbound on Lockwood Road and attempted to make a left turn when her cat was struck by a 2007 Toyota that was headed westbound, according to HCFAS officials.

The driver of the sedan did not appear to have injuries, but was brought to Huntington Hospital as a precaution, HCFAS officials said. The second, 48-year-old male driver, refused medical care.

Huntington Manor Fire Department was also responded.
