Long Island Restaurant Week Features 18 Town Of Huntington Favorites

Long Island Restaurant Week kicks off its spring 2016 campaign this Sunday, April 17. Until April 24, participating restaurants across Long Island will offer a three-course prix fixe menu for $27.95 every night (until 7 p.m. on Saturday night only). Restaurants across the Town of Huntington are also joining in on the special, offering a minimum of three appetizers, three entrees and three desserts.

“It is expected that the campaign this fall will garner more than 200 participants,” said Steve Haweeli, president of Long Island Restaurant & Marketing Hospitality Group, the business-to-consumer promotions division of WordHampton Public Relations. “With more than 2.8 million residents and 1,000 restaurants with varied cuisines, concepts and price points, it is no wonder why we started the highly anticipated Long Island Restaurant Week which continues to flourish.”

As of today, 18 restaurants across the Town of Huntington are set to participate.

For those who crave Italian food, Bravo Nader (9 Union Place, Huntington, 631-351-1200) will offer a menu that includes their famous baked crab cake with tomato salsa, their baked bass Oreganata over creamed spinach and Italian cheesecake.

Those interested in Mexican food can head over to Besito Mexican (402 New York Ave., Huntington, 631-549-0100) where they will be serving items like queso fundido, enchiladas mixtas or salmon manchamanteles.
