Scorsese Brings Back Ho-Jo’s in Huntington Station

An upcoming Netflix production “The Irishman,” starring Robert De Niro, Al Pacino and Joe Pesci, filmed in Huntington Station on Monday.

The film, directed by Martin Scorsese and planned for a 2019 release, took over the Rodeway Inn at 270 W Jericho Turnpike, turning it back into the Howard Johnson’s it once was in the 1970s.

A biographical crime film, “The Irishman” is based of the book “I Heard You Paint Houses” by Charles Brandt.
