Rockettes Visit Local Dance Studios

Rockettes dancers Jennifer Clavin and Eleni Gavalas visited Variations, A Dancer’s Studio, in Huntington, and met the Huntington High School Highsteppers dance team.

Rockettes dancers Jennifer Clavin and Eleni Gavalas made stops at Variations, A Dancer’s Studio, in Huntington, and Northport Park in Northport on Wednesday as part of a promotional tour for the Rockette’s 2015 Christmas Spectacular season.

In Huntington, Clavin, 25, of Holtsville and Gavalas, 22, of Manhasset, were joined by the Huntington High School Highsteppers dance team, and several young Variations dancers and their families to answer questions and pose for photographs.

Clavin and Gavalas, who have both danced for the Rockettes since they were 18 years old, also made a stop in Port Washington Wednesday.
