Learn all about Long Island’s oldest and largest St. Patrick’s Parade in a special section published in this week’s edition of The Long Islander and The Record newspapers!
The parade journal is actually the fundraiser for the Ancient Order of Hibernians Irish-American fraternal organization which organizes, runs and pays for the parade. The organizations members solicit sponsorships from area merchants and businesses and sponsor ads appear in the journal along information about the parade, its grand marshal and the colleens, and photos from past parades.
