For the 157 members of Cold Spring Harbor High School’s Class of 2018, Sunday’s ceremony was the culminating experience of their high school careers.

The high school’s field house was packed with family, friends, teachers and faculty who came to congratulate the students and wish them well in their future academic and professional endeavors.

Principal Dr. Jim Bolen thanked the class of 2018 for their support during his first year at the school.

“I was grateful to have such a warm and welcoming senior class in my first year at Cold Spring Harbor,” Bolen said. “The students truly served as role models for the underclassmen, and they helped to introduce me to the culture and community.”

He added, “For that I will always have wonderful memories of the Class of 2018, and I can’t wait to hear about their success as they move forward in life.”
