RESTAURANT WEEK TIME: Save your appetite. Dates have been announced for everyone’s favorite time of year: Dine Huntington Restaurant Week! This year’s will be October 13-20, showcasing restaurants from throughout the Town of Huntington, from Cold Spring Harbor to the Smithtown border. For eight days, Sunday through Sunday, participating restaurants will treat customers to a three-course prix-fixe dining experience. ADULT CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE: If there’s never a bad time for a chocolate milkshake, there’s never a bad time for a malted martini. At least, that’s what we’re going to keep telling ourselves. Our fried Scott, the bartender at Café Buenos Aires (23 Wall St., Huntington, 631-603-3600, www.cafebuenosaires.net) created the signature drink, which tastes like a milkshake, frothy but smooth, and with some added pizzazz (as well as chocolate drizzle and whipped cream). The best part is it’s right in the middle of happy hour, when from 5-8 p.m., drinks are buy one, get one.
