The cucumber and radish salad with white anchovies – one of our favorites – is on Jonathan’s new prix-fixe menu.

NEW PRIX-FIXE: Jonathan’s Ristorante (15 Wall St., Huntington, 631-549-0055 www.jonathansristorante.com) has rolled out its 2014 prix-fixe. Enjoy three beautiful courses for $32, available Sunday through Thursday. Choose from: Antipasti: Soup of the day, cucumber and radish salad with white anchovies, Caesar salad, polenta con funghi, mozzarella Caprese, or tuna tartare ($4 supplement). Secondi: organic Scottish salmon, chicken breast in a Tuscan herb sauce, the (almost famous) 9-ounce sirloin burger, a vegetarian platter, Strozzapreti (pasta with bolognese), mushroom risotto ($2 supplement), or sautéed tiger shrimp and baby artichokes ($5 supplement). Dolci: Gelato, sorbet, panna cotta, or brioche bread pudding. Our top picks are the refreshing and crisp cucumber and radish salad, the artful tuna tartare, the hearty Strozzapreti, and the tiger shrimp. Bon appetit!

HAPPY 7th!: Don’t forget to book your reservations as Prime – An American Kitchen & Bar (117 New York Ave., Huntington, 631-385-1515, www.restaurantprime.com) begins its seven-year anniversary celebration with $10 unlimited wine by the glass and a special $40 three-course prix-fixe menu, offered through Sunday, Jan. 12 (until 7 p.m. on Saturday). Featured wine selections change each night and include Fisticuffs, Stag’s Leap, Stackhouse and Zardetto. For the special menu, appetizers include Burrata cheese, Serrano ham and asparagus with hollandaise ($4 supplement); Delicata squash soup with toasted pumpkin seeds and chive oil; Caesar salad; or the Red Roof Roll of shrimp and avocado topped with spicy tuna, spicy mayo and eel sauce. Second-course offerings include braised lamb shank with creamy polenta and a rosemary and olive tapenade ($7 supplement); organic chicken with wild mushrooms, roasted shallots, fingerling potatoes and chicken jus; or Scottish salmon with creamy quinoa, baby arugula, dates and toasted almonds. For dessert, choose from roasted pear with almond lace cookie, brown sugar ice cream and salted caramel, or rhubarb upside-down cake made with rhubarb and strawberry compote and white chocolate anglaise.

A 4-POUND LOBSTER?: A 4-pound lobster is one of several offerings as Piccolo Mondo (1870 East Jericho Turnpike, Huntington, 631-462-0718, www.piccolomondoli.com) continues its “Small World Big Taste – Variety Wednesdays” through spring 2014, offering unique dishes according to the day’s theme. Coming up this month: On Jan. 15, “One Night in Tuscany;” Jan. 22, 4-pound lobster; and Jan. 29, “Osso Bucco Lovers (veal, pork and lamb).”
